The app might not be the most user-friendly, and it can be difficult to navigate at times, especially when you want to save any data, but all the functions in the app have worked fine for me. I have a full autel scan tool but the AP200 lives in my car, so I always have the ability to scan any faults.

If your app used to work, but it doesn't anymore, you need to check for or update an extra app that isn't mentioned. Eg: for Honda, you need to dl or update Diag Asia app. VW, Diag Europe app etc. I'm on an S21 and it never worked. But I remember tech support had me install Diag Asia on my S8 for my previous phone to get it to work. It's working on my S21 now. Good luck!

Does the job, but it is claimed to support GM cars/trucks up to 2022 where I'm not able to connect years after 2018... For older cars/trucks works like it should.

Waste of money. I paid for 3 vehicles, and now it will not work at all. It let me log in and download the vehicles that I paid for, but then it crashes. 150.00 on vehicles wasted. Do not buy this reader!

So this morning I purchased the gm add on, and it worked after I purchased it, now not even 12 hours later the app is saying I need to repurchase it. Y'all need to fix this I'm kinda really upset. $23.99 to scan my vehicle once, when I purchased a year subscription for it... NOT HAPPY

Used to work well enough, but now won't connect to AUTEL servers. Connects to device, but that's useless without functioning app.
