Description
Auth0 Guardian is a mobile app that can deliver push notifications to a user’s pre-registered device (typically a mobile phone or tablet) from which a user can immediately allow or deny account access via the press of a button. It can also generate one-time passwords if that is preferred.
Note for developers: Auth0 Guardian is one of the multi factor authentication options that can be used within the Auth0 identity platform (https://auth0.com). You can enable it with a single switch. You don’t have to change your apps to start supporting multi factor authentication.

The same as all the other complaints, I changed my phone and now the app requires a recovery phrase which i don't have. How are you supposing to get your recovery phrase if there is no option to reset or retrieve....

I changed my phone, it asked for passphrase which I didn't have. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but nothing seems to work out. The customer service puts you on hold for 30 mins and after 30 mins in case they pick up the call, they are so rude. They will see you are not authenticated. Call back again and wait for another 30 mins.

Garbage POS. Can't even get it to F'ing accept my code. I am going to have my company change banks because this is such a worthless pile of garbage. They switched from something that worked perfectly well for this security theater. Of course no one will hack into our bank account because the key doesn't even f'ing work. Whoever designed this should have been aborted.
