Last week the app deleted the provisioning, today it says configuration error. This is very irritating... I can't work remotely today.

Unfortunately, only every second OTC is valid. The first OTC when I open
the app and enter my PIN does not work. I have to go Next Code, enter my
PIN again, the second OTC works. It is the same.everytime I need to use the
app.

Terrible App. Not updated for the most recent android systems. Gives the same codes constantly. Have spent the last 40 minutes trying to log in. Had to ask husband to download on his iPhone instead and suddenly it works perfect. Ok for iPhones and not for android! Very poor!!!!!
