★★★★★ Good app and great customer service! For TW Steel watch owners if u cant register by scanning the barcode try to input your watch serial #, u can find it at the back of ur watch below the model #. If u cant also find the store on the list, chat with a rep from the app they will give a person to email so they can contact the store and have the store added on the list. Email reply might take 1-2 business days. Read the error carefully if u need help their chat reps are there to help u. Hope this helps!

★★☆☆☆ Could not authenticate two brand new TW Steel watches purchased from their UK website (in order to register for warranty), using either barcode, datascan or serial number. Complete waste of time.

★★☆☆☆ Never works... Useless... Useless and not working. I tried it a few times in different stores selling products on their brands list. It never worked, never identified anything, always negative answers.

★★☆☆☆ Does not work Cannot scan the dot matrix code on my wife's TW steel
