Tries to imitate the Microsoft Authenticator, so you download by mistake. This is NOT Microsoft. This is ad and notification-heavy and dodgy as hell. Free version is virtually unusable due to overwhelming ads and paid version is too expensive. Don't bother. Use the legit MS Authenticator.
