After opening the app, the timer is programmed to start at 10 seconds which is annoying. There should be a start/pause/stop option before the timer could actually start, it shouldn't be starting on its own accordance. Then after editing the timer countdown (based on seconds) in the settings, the app shutdown itself without notice... So meaning, the app could not save the settings without restarting (for this matter, shutdown) on its own which is complicated, fixing these flow would be ideal. This app without ads and so no extra(spamware) permissions is a great app, I really appreciate this, thank you very much. Works with my Galaxy Tab 9.6E. (4.4.4 KitKat). P.S. Remove the permission of "Full Network Access", the app doesn't need it.

Simply don't work on a s7. Why is it so hard to schedule power on/off on a mobile?

If you think this app can 'schedule' a power off for you at a certain time, you're wrong. It only can set a timer which when runs out, will shut down your Android if you provide root access. You'll have to open the app daily and calculate scheduled time for its timer. Not that convenient.
