AutoProtect’s brilliant app lets you register new claims for SMART (minor damage insurance), alloy wheel insurance, GAP insurance and tyre insurance. It even allows you to cancel an agreement (although we hope you don’t have a need to use that bit).

This company is totally cheating. They app or call center not working. That means someone who took this warranty they cant claim for anything. Uk government should take an action against this company

Rubbish App just tells my details, no links to policy information or claims either new or ongoing. Website no better just tells you to use the App. Phoned told to go to Hal fords Auto Center and Hal fords would call them. Hal fords said no they won't Auto Direct should call Hal fords, and they don't do the work required on the car anyway.

Absolute waste of time. Impossible to cancel policy. Tells you to select a date for cancellation, but then says the date cannot be in the past. Does not accept any date, so cannot cancel. Cannot get through to speak to anyone on the phone number provided.
