It would be nice if when you set your distance to 50 miles or fewer, to not be shown cars that are more than 50 miles away, every time I find a car I like the look of, I'm finding out its well outside the range I've set, which is frustrating as hell, as it's a waste of my time and gets my hopes up. And shoving paid adverts for cars well outside my price range is also insulting.

I was wanting to buy a small van and an estate car so naturally looked through Autotrader. I sent messages to 3 sellers about their vehicles for sale and I didn't receive a reply from any of them. Colne, Leeds and Bradford were the destinations. That was 2 weeks ago and the vehicles are still for sale.....what a shame. Is this service working? Anyway, I've seen 2 vehicles on Car Gurus and have bought them. Now uninstalling the Autotrader app. Good info but poor service.

Used to use autotrader but since it now says the app no longer supports my phone/device is very disappointing. Sort it out A/T. And very annoying dealers have to show ID to list a vehicle, yet dodgy privates can stay annoniymous and pay less for adverts. Auto trader seem against dealers even though they pay their wages. It used to be very good before a bit now there's other platforms that are helpful, cheaper and have apps that support all phones.
