Tasker and its plugins - maybe one of the best investment you can do. It worths the money if you understand the working principle. It took some time for me to understand that. Even though it works perfect on my Tic watch Pro 3, maybe it is time for an update with some new features from beta? 😁

I've been using AutoWear to creat custom complications on my Galaxy Watch 4 with persistent notification data from my phone along with Tasker and AutoNotification. Recently the app broke with the new One UI 5 update on the Galaxy Watch. The dev has gone out of his way and been super helpful in addressing these issues and even provided private APKs for testing which is much appreciated! Highly recommend!

Beyond amazing. I had a watch that just kinda sat on my wrist, not doing too much. With Autowear, I can do load of things, like to take my BPM and sending to my phone, take a cam pic from my phone with a touch on my watch screen, anything you want to set it to. Works superbly. It can even allow you to set up a mini Autovoice screen, allowing you to say into your watch any of your tasks from the phone and have them done. For those who know, that is outstanding. Glorious app from a phenomenal dev.

Advertisement video claims you can automate things directly on your watch, so you don't need to have your phone connected. But I couldn't get it to work for my simple case. I've configured Bluetooth to turn on/off on schedule. I think I've granted all the necessary permissions on my watch (ADB, WearOS permissions for AutoWear and in AutoWear settings itself on my watch, even enabled "foreground" in settings). As a result it works one or two times, but then it stops turning on/off, regardless of repeate pattern set in Times. Assuming BT is off, I expect the "On" action to happen without having phone connection. But even "Off" action is not triggered when phone is connected. I will be happy to change it to 5 star once it starts to work. So far it's kinda disappointing assuming spent time and money. I have no idea why Play Store distorts text formatting.

Sadly this is watch disabling bad. I only got it as part of a tasker solution to enable google's reminders to actually show up on my Fossil Carlyle watch. It actually *did* make that happen while I had it on (which admittedly is better than Google has ever done). The app's intended use however is for voice commands, and it tries to set up a watch shake gesture to listen for them. Since I didn't want that, I set shake detection to disable, so the shake to listen screen should have never come up, right? For a little while it seemed to be fine, but then: "Please wait" and "AutoWear Listening" started appearing on the watch face on constant, rapid-fire, repeat. The phone app Log lists THOUSANDS of "New Last Command: null;" entries. Through diligent (frantic) tapping through this constant barrage I tried restarting the watch, going through setup from the phone app again (it congratulated me on the fact that it "heard me say null"), and uninstalling and reinstalling it on the watch (2 minutes clear and then the barrage started up again.) Finally, (more frantic tapping) I uninstalled this app it from the watch again for blessed relief. (btw the help link in the app goes to Google+(!) I mean, I miss it too but...) RESPONSE TO DEVELOPER-- pulled out of the original review:" I also tried deleting the shake to listen Screen from the phone app several times, but although each time I confirmed the delete, it just stayed there in the Screen list." I did not create this or any Screen myself; there were no other screens in the list.

Installed the trial app, but it never seemed to be able to communicate with my Fossil gen 5 watch. Endless spinning circles. Uninstalled now the trial has ended, having done absolutely nothing.
