This app helps us when visiting a friend who is very hard of hearing. She was able to hold my phone in her lap and look at it when she couldn't hear what we said. Very helpful and much easier than using a dry-erase board.

I was absolutely tickle pink this app is amazing. My hearing is 0 in my left ear, and I barely hear out of my right ear so this app is wonderful it picks up some whispers too. I am very pleased

This is a fantastic tool for anyone with auditory processing or working memory challenges in addition to the Deaf/Hard of Hearing community. I learned about the app from Cochlear America during my dad's bilateral cochlear process. We use it regularly to communicate whenever he's "dark" (processors are off). I'm an occupational therapist working out in the community. I'm regularly recommending this app to my participants. Almost all of them download it immediately.

I've been a user off and on since almost infancy, it's my go-to app whenever I struggle with hearing in my environments. I currently have a head cold and as all of us with HOH/deafness, hearing devices are pretty much useless. I've been using Ava to help understand what my hubby and caseworker said. I have it on my tablet and currently going right now. Much appreciated Ava Devs π

The app logged me out, and now I cannot log in at all, it led me to the useless AI bot that didn't help at all. As a deaf person this has been my only option, and now it won't work at all.

Subscription is TOO HIGH for subpar captions. There are people such as myself that only get Social Security monthly and cannot afford the inflated cost that you're asking for. I'm Deaf and I found out from my hearing kids that Ava isn't always accurate and there's been so many times when app stops working when it's absolutely needed! It's frustrating. Need to offer affordable costs to ppl like me or let us have the best subscription for free after proving we receive Social Security or SNAP. π

Poor explanations of how the subscription service works. Does that provide xx many minutes per month? Per conversation? Very lacking in details of what is included in a subscription.
