The app requires NFC support to install from the Play Store. However, NFC is not actually necessary to use the core features of the application. Because of this requirement, many users — including myself — are unable to install the app on devices without NFC support. Please consider removing the mandatory NFC requirement from the Play Store settings so that more users can install and use the app without unnecessary restrictions.

The app is currently rated only 3.33 stars, and part of the reason may be a misunderstanding about withdrawals. Avalanche Card funds can be withdrawn using the AVAX C-Chain network, which is supported by popular exchanges like Binance. You don't need to withdraw only to a specific wallet provided by the app. Any wallet or exchange supporting AVAX C-Chain should work. Some 1-star reviews may simply come from this misunderstanding.

I thought this app was pretty cool at first until I deposited my avalanche, and they immediately took half. Now I see they say since the coin can fluctuate in price that they hold 50% Ha this is a joke I went to withdraw my money and I still couldn't touch the other 50%. Basically my money is locked onto this app until they decide I can reclaim my own money. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

So many technical issues in card. Like when I add my card to Google Wallet there's only little verification code wil send to email or phone number. Then no verification code won't send anymore. Then there's support system is so week, no in app support always need to contact them through their usa number. That cost many. Overall bad experience। I have only added my card to three to four IDs and since then they have blocked me and To put it simply, it's a very bad system and completely incompetent.

It doesn't allow the users to withdraw money to another wallet. I'm trying to transfer my Avax balance to another wallet and no matter the amount, it always shows "Error: execution reverted". The support team don't know what to do more than suggest clearing cache or reinstall the app. Totally disappointing.
