Great for quick altitude correction calculation Give you your new height AGL on those cold winter days. Great for IFR plates corrections. Don't forget to add in the airport elevation to the height AGL.

Works just fine. Just not idiot-proof Works just like the charts do, but easier. And yes, you have to add field elevation just like if you were doing it with a chart. People that can't figure that out shouldn't be flying an airplane.

Not good for non-sea level airports When an airport is at 5000 ft agl the app doesn't help. First you need to be able to give airport elevation with local temperature. Then calculate the deviation to standard temperature. Then calculate the correction. Would be happy to see this corrected.

Not so usable. Thr elev, FPA, GA grad and temp that's what needed. Then 10 fields for user altitudes that can be user labelled. Finally, a switch for the screen not to go blank. Then this app would be useful.

Use With Caution The new minimums number is not the new minimums because field elevation has not been added in. You use these wrong numbers and can die.
