★★★★★ This new app is easy to use for customers and representatives. I'm a technical dummy and have been able to navigate through the site. I haven't had a chance to use the new try it tools. But I can't wait to use it and show my customers how to use it.

★★☆☆☆ I hate the new Avon app! Before when we shared the app on social media you were able to see a picture, now when you post the link to your online store all you see is "Adding Beauty To Your Feed" & no picture! That will not attract someone to your site if they can't even see a picture of what you're introducing! The old site was much better as should not have been bothered with honestly! I need to know what you intend to do to fix this issue soon! This has gone on for far too long!!!

★★☆☆☆ Cannot sign in to new Avon Go app still via phone. I'm a Rep. It calls my phone to verify constantly and press # but after call completed cannot log in, the phone calls just repeat to do same steps! Does this happen to customers too on this new app? Can only log in from internet like before. Waste of time. And new site can no longer share pins to Pinterest! We were able to before new site changes! Not good. Wish they kept everything the way it was before on the site even direct payments!
