Recent changes:
Read the vote by category: each one gets its own reader, in turn, while whoever counts the points follows the standings live. A category you would rather not say out loud is still voted on and still scores.

Polls answer in one tap, show who picked what, and nudge whoever is quiet.

Votes can close on their own now, with a countdown on the hub and a deadline a manager can move.

Somebody missing? Take them out of the vote. Justifications go up to 2000 characters.
