AVU: Top Down Shooter War Game

Four immensely patriotic, American soldiers have mysteriously awoken on an island. Having to face off against waves and waves of calamities including Zombies, Ninjas, Dinosaurs, Vampires, Dragons, Monsters, Aliens, Mech Warriors (Killer robots), space ships, alien ships, and drop ships, the soldiers must fight through, day and night, in order to survive. Inspired by the old AVP (Alien vs Predator movies), our heroes quickly find they are either being hunted for sport or being tested for weaknesses, like some sort of lab experiment. Survival against everything the enemy has will prove that America cannot be conquered and a future invasion would be futile. Defeat would signify that America might have some sort of weakness that the enemy could exploit. Little does the enemy know, America has no weakness! Defend your base (Tower defense)! Join the fight, show them that the USA will not be defeated. Show them what freedom and liberty is all about! The world is depending on you, make your country proud!

Where did inspiration for this game's story come from?
Inspired by the concept of AVP: Aliens vs Predator, we thought that this would be a great idea, survival against every type of enemy we could think of. Users have compared this to the viral video New York 2017.

I'm a fan of the Walking Dead, overall a huge Zombie Fanatic, why didn't you focus on just zombies or some other enemy type?
In the past we have built games based on one enemy type (for zombies, checkout one of our other games, Zombie Chaos Alpha). We wanted to try something different. We have plans in the works for a new zombie top down shooter game, a game of thrones style dragon defense style game, a space exploration Mass Effect style game, and a gladiator style game all with the same engine as this one so stay tuned.

Why did you pick Top Down Shooter (TDS) gameplay rather than First Person Shooter (FPS) or Third Person Shooter (TPS)?
Top down shooters are more fluid on Android devices due to the lack of controls on a standard device. For a game like this, we felt that a top down shooter would lend itself to more fluid and user friendly controls, making it perfect for the average gamer who is on the go. A game for traveling on planes, by car, train, boat, even space ship, we tried to make it easy and casual while still containing a great deal of depth in the game.
