Awake Labs

Sometimes stress and strong emotions are hard to notice — especially for people with cognitive disabilities. Hard to see. Hard to name. Hard to know what to do.

Awake Labs helps change that.

The app works with a compatible smartwatch to track strong emotions in real time. Whether you wear the watch yourself, or support someone who does, Awake Labs gives you the information you need to respond with calm and care.

For self-advocates: Tune into your own emotions. Understand your patterns. Share insights with the people you choose.

For caregivers and support workers: See how the people you support are feeling, before stress builds too high. Less guessing, more confidence, better days.

For DSPs and support teams: Support multiple people from one account. Switch between profiles easily and stay connected to everyone in your care.

What you can do:
* See real-time levels of stress and strong emotions
* Set a personal baseline for more accurate readings
* Log notes and track patterns over time
* Get notified when stress is rising
* Support multiple people from one account
