Great app for our use, people that are complaining and giving one-star review because they are blind and don't know where the dark mode feature is on the app. 😂🤣🤣😭 like use your eyes I'm not helping you see for you. Hope one day you'll see where the dark mode button is lol 🤣. Overall solid app, harder to get onto compared to signal though

Consistently has trouble maintaining access to the network when on weak/intermittent cellular connections. I have had issues with properly receiving notifications from direct messages when the app is open- I've been advised to just force close the app after every time I open it, to help make sure notifications come through. Lacks basic group chat customizations. Objectively one of the worst messaging apps I have had the misfortune of using, in recent memory.

This app is about 10 years behind even native text messaging apps, much less Signal or even WhatsApp. Now delayed send message options. No way to forward messages. No way to screenshot. When you take a pic with the app, it turns it sideways when you send it for no reason. No group pic customization. No GIFs. Message receipt is often delayed enough through you have full service and Wi-Fi. If I didn't -have- to use this app for work, I would not.

Very plain. Need to tag people as their full military email address. Zero features. Group texts with work group is better than this. Want to use as lil as possible.
