Was good even for me to use, and I was learning to use a computer at the same time while doing a few coarses and passed all coarses, was confusing at the start as I don't know how to use a computer and learned to use my laptop while doing theses coarses, so I'm quite pleased with myself and happy with accelerate for being easy to use, I was already stressing as no prior knowledge if computers, so if I can use this app so can you,

Terrible app. Even when it is working (which is about half the time) it is poorly designed. Can't upload multiple photos at once, can't see a preview of the photo before uploading, so you are blindly picking out of your camera roll, entries in no sort of logical order. Logs you out for no reason, fails to submit entries and won't let you retry, so you have to do the whole thing again. Please if you are an RTO or company reading this does not make your students/employees have to use this garbage.

This app has crashed on me or logged me out for no reason while I'm trying to submit assessments more times in the past 3 hours then I care to keep track off, find something else to do your course online with for your own sanity

Constant problems with little help. Couldn't get placement tab as instructed so had to uninstall and reinstall then placement tab appeared. Not on my computer or laptop though. Now placement tab has dropped off again and when refresh page as instructed the refresh icon spins indefinitely. Tried again to uninstall and refresh now I have no placement tab and no assessment history. Pissed off as I cannot enter my placement hrs and completed tasks.
