This app is great to notify Brookfield of issues using the 310-Serv feature, however it would be nice if it tracked the status of the service request in the app. To show if the request was received and being processed. We do receive and email, but it would show that my request has been completed, meanwhile, it hasn't been fixed yet.

Does not work on Pixel but always runs in background. Immediate crash. There has been no Android support for a long time now. Best to uninstall and utilize web version.
★☆☆☆☆Nancy Lu· Dec 20, 2019
The app is constantly stuck is loading. Reinstalled twice and still is unable to use.

Requires location access - uninstall. Totally overbuilt app to do a dumb
survey. Just wanted to tell Brookfield how terrible the elevators at 22
Front Street are, total deathtraps.

Massive battery drain in the background. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP, JUST ACCESS THROUGH A WEB PORTAL.

Got a new android phone, and this app is the only one that keeps crashing. It wouldn't even open. This is just unacceptable.
