Works well. Very User friendly. Easy to use. Easy to get working. I use it with Axis hardware. I'm amazed. I did not need IT knowledge to set it up. ... Wow. Been using it for over 4 years. Still works great. I'm happy with the updates.

Very intuitive and easy to use. The only problem I have is that the app won't live stream the high-res (8mp) 180 stream but will play the high-res recorded video. A little frustrating with that bug. Also, can we please get an Android TV app for this? It would be nice to have the ability to easily view it on a Googie TV. It was available on the older version, why not this one?

The app itself is easy to navigate and well-thought-out very logical and responsive. However, Axis communications marketing media make it out like you can use the app to set up the whole site, that is not correct you have to use a Windows based PC with Axis companion V.3 or V.4 depending on what firmware is on the cameras or recorder you wish to add to create the site then open the android app, and you'll see everything appears as it should.

Completely dysfunctional, an embarrassment for Axis! Very slow to load video from door stations - always says "answered on another device" when doorbell button is pushed, but I don't have ANY other devices with this app installed. Can't get android mic to doorbell speaker to work on the first try (after button push notification) rather I have to close the app, then open again, then it works. When you pay $100's more for Axis, you expect it work better than Ring. Disappointed!

The Axis Companion 4 App it is not letting us log in / sign in when using our Android mobile devices, Samsung S20 and others. We are getting the message "Something went wrong please try again" every time we retry to log in. However, when using the same login credentials with Axis Companion 4 on a Windows computer we can sign in without problem, and we can also sign in when using the same login credentials with Axis Companion Classic on the same Android mobile devices.

It keeps asking for a company site name. I put home in and it's not working. Every thing was fine with campaniaing classic I downloaded the update and all my cameras went off-line. Unable to fine them now.

After installing this app next to Companion Classic I had to reset my camera. Suddenly an Axis SD card is needed instead of my perfectly working 512 GB SD card. What a dirty grift. Viewing my camera is not working anymore, after logging in to the old Companion app it states : Cannot connect to any camera. Thanks Axis for ruining a good working camera plus app. NEXT CAMERA WILL NOT BE AXIS !
