Just started using for my job as an in home health care worker. It's very easy to navigate without any kind of major instruction to use. An easy system to submit you ADLs/Trips and can even upload pictures to show certain things you have to do for your client. I give it 5/5. Only complaint is when I have to step away from my phone for a few minutes it closes the app, and I have to redo my fingerprint. I just wish it didn't do that every few minutes and would just keep it open and only close w neede

I clocked out then started a new shift, and I'm unable to check off ADL's. It won't let me type anything either since the new update. It also says that my visit has been signed even though I just clocked in. Please fix

I am not real crazy about this app at all. It won't let you clock in early, there is chat but not for the workers to use, it's apparently a one way chat. It is constantly sending me alerts that I'm late or whatever to me that its keeping track of and is incorrect, which is extremely unnerving. It doesn't keep track of hours worked as you go through the week. You can't go back and look at prior shifts worked that week. It seems a little sketchy from my point of view. And it's very annoying.

08/19/2026 update I still don't like this app. I can be at my clients house, it will say" too far from the house." I have to literally go outside to do adls and get clients to sign. 08/20/22 In rural areas your location doesn't work, and you can't clock in or out, it says you're not at the client's house, and you are. Do not update it will mess your whole sign in process up. This is an awful app
