Easy to use and navigate. Had some glitches in the beginning but the system has improved.

Current issues: Swiping the screen (back gesture) dismisses the app instead of returning to the previous page. Chat conversations list the group title twice instead of naming the individual messaging the staff team. (No way to identify who sent the message before opening the chat) There is no known method to report technical issues in the app.

Hate that I constantly have to call office to clock out if I'm late in doing so. When you're in the middle of cleaning the client or helping the client, you can't just drop what you're doing and just clock out!! I can't control when client soils themselves. Also, the list of adl's has changed. Certain basic daily tasks are now missing. For example vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, laundry, etc. Travel time is complicated. I'd rather go back to pen and paper!!!

Please add a calendar view, so I can see my schedule for the week! Edit: The newest update has changed the layout of "Open Visits", but you still can't create a calendar layout!? 🙄 changed to 1 star! Update: Now the "turn on location" notification keeps popping up when all I want to do is check my schedule.
