It used to work great, but ever since the March update it takes forever to load care plans, and I can't see when edits are made to care plans yet my coworkers on the same case can. That last bit is concerning since we have pertinent information for our clients in these care plans, so whatever got broken needs to be fixed

App was fine until about a month ago, has since been updated since then, but the notes and ADLs clear themselves if the screen shuts off, which was never the case for over a year. If you don't hit save before your phone screen goes off, you will lose all that you have typed. New update just made it slower.
