Hate that I constantly have to call office to clock out if I'm late in doing so. When you're in the middle of cleaning the client or helping the client, you can't just drop what you're doing and just clock out!! I can't control when client soils themselves. Also, the list of adl's has changed. Certain basic daily tasks are now missing. For example vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, laundry, etc. Travel time is complicated. I'd rather go back to pen and paper!!!

08/19/2026 update I still don't like this app. I can be at my clients house, it will say" too far from the house." I have to literally go outside to do adls and get clients to sign. 08/20/22 In rural areas your location doesn't work, and you can't clock in or out, it says you're not at the client's house, and you are. Do not update it will mess your whole sign in process up. This is an awful app
