★★☆☆☆ Disappointing. Camera allows you only to take a single picture at a time to a single case number. I understand that there is an "additional photo" button but after two pictures it freezes, and then you have to edit the case number. Still cannot figure out how to batch upload *all* the pictures that I took just using the camera function either. I took that picture of the serial number plate, so I could read it later, but you cannot pinch and zoom either. Time to get my squinty glasses on again. I am sure that it uploads, but I can never log into the website to send the pictures to a detective since I do not seem to remember my favorite movie/pet/team. It appears that every time you log into a new computer which is every day, you have to re authenticate to access the website. Honestly it looks to serve a very strong need, but if the snuffle on the road cannot use it then the bigwigs at HQ slapping each other on the back are still wasting time and money.
