★★★★★ Once you know how to navigate it makes charting on patients very easy. I'm new to the system but RN of 30 + yrs primarily in a hospital setting and 3 yrs of Home Health.

★★☆☆☆ I hate that my company uses this app. Every time I get to my patients house, I have an update. I have to wait until its done. Sometimes it takes too long. I don't have time to waste waiting on an app to upload! Then I've got to log in all over again. I'd rather use Kinnser.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible. I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall just to be able to do my charting. Can't get paid if I can't chart. Also twice in the past week it has totally crashed where not even a schedule showed up after signing in. Had to wait for at least an hour for it to come back up! Fix your app, it sucks.

★★☆☆☆ Unusable Most of the time, the app sits on a blank screen after entering my PIN. IF I actually ever get past the blank screen, the app has been crashing in the middle of documentation. The app is very slow to load anything. Losing a note is very frustrating especially when they are already time consuming. I use the desktop version on my phone for the majority of the time. I have a Samsung Galaxy A50.
