Worked great with my Samsung Galaxy S8 and the OTG USB adapter it came with for transferring data from older phones. Used that with a plain micro USB cable, nothing special. Connected cable, turned on ignition, hit update. Bam, firmware started to download then install successfully. Allowed me to use my new pioneer Av receiver with my camry! It didn't work after I upgraded my head unit. This did the trick.

Steering wheel buttons worked great until the last month or so. Buttons still not working even after resetting the device. Not working for vol, seek & rest of the wheel buttons. Tried updating the device firmware & still nothing working on the wheel for stereo. Installed stock stereo & buttons work very well too but not with this device. Very disappointed in this device. Then the app doesn't have some of the features in screenshots listed for any programming.

Keeps telling me that there is no board connected, even though the ignition is on and the OTG cable is working. Response from customer service: "it should be working" but no help whatsoever. It was faster for me to program the steering wheel controls manually rather than getting frustrated with this app.

Had issues with the module (kept losing steering wheel function) that required multiple resets. AWSC-1 is what the axxess website says I need for my car but, when I put the module on my PC, with this software, "Chevrolet" isn't in the vehicle list, just "Dodge", "Jeep" & "Ford". Regardless, I updated the firmware and finally got my module working again after a couple of hours, constantly repeating steps. How do you recommend a module for a vehicle then leave that vehicle out of the list?

Says device not found (E00) Customer support said I could use mobile device. RETURNING to Best Buy. Just talked to guy name Sam. Seems like he doesn't like his job. Had attitude seemed bothered on helping me. Definitely returning. And Sam if you don't like your job or just waking up cause all you did was yawn in my ear with the added attitude not good for the company. You get a negative 5
