Poor management. No recommend to anyone. Got confirmation via phone and sms 3 days before appointment date. No one show up on the day or no calling from customer service. They sent me sms text" we don't accept cancellation" so it means Customer don't accept your apology as well.

Useless. The app asks for the phone number, which is 10 digits in Thailand, and brings up an error message saying the number must have 12 digits. When it asks for location, you cannot drop a pin on the address. It chooses the location of your phone and doesn't allow you to change it.

Some of the cleaners are really good hut customer service is terrible. When there is a problem, they can't/don't fix it. Edit to reply to Ayasan: Why don't you communicate with your staff to find out the problem? It has been well documented. Why don't you read and answer Facebook Messenger communications? Why don't you answer your customers???

Very bad service maid service. Book the maid for 4 hours at 9am. Maid came late at 930am. Left my place at 1215pm. Went off 5 min ealier. And my place is still very dirty. I can do the job myself better! Will not recommend this company, totally different from other companies I had tried.
