Please make Island Mode an optional download or allow players to uninstall it. Many players have limited storage and don't use this mode. I play Azur Lane because I enjoy collecting ship girls, their character designs, the main story, events, and skins. I'd rather use my storage for those instead of a mode I don't play. Players who enjoy Island Mode can keep it installed, while others should have the option to remove it. This would improve the experience for everyone.

It was a great game, but there's one problem and that is account binding which was the kind of problem because I lost my game data when I was trying to log in. It reverted me to the beginning.

If I could give it a 0 star I would why would you update the game and sign that person out after the update ? "It is recommended to bind your account before you sign out" well how about "it is recommended for a game to not log you out after an update" wasted hours.... and money (that's one way of cycling new player bases). Go play last origin at that point...

I've played this game for 9 years. They do not care about it anymore. Every update and event is just the same thing, the new characters aren't interesting or ever seen again, and the gameplay is stale and boring. There is also still no pity system for SR level ships. I've done 200 pulls for the new ship that has an 8% drop chance and all I've gotten is the other available 7 times. It breaks my heart to leave this game after so long but It's just not worth it, and there are better games to play.

Customer support don't reply. I attempted to log back into the game and when I logged in it ask me to migrate my account. I used to just use my Google play account for my games, however when I logged in my account was gone. I have sent emails to customer support on Google play, I have tried through the Costars new system, and they have yet to reply back. I have spent money on this and had a progressed i don't want to lose. Please costar help me with my account
