It's an OK app but it doesn't track when you are doing any physical activity like Samsung Health does it say measure your blood pressure with no way to measure it like other apps v disappointing to be fair. If it had more features it might be good or a way to talk to trainers or vids about workout, but it's mostly based on knowing your body shape and track how much you drink and eat-noone will use that it needs more features I can use
