★★★★★ This is so amazing, after my 6 months injury I lost hope that I can never get fit any more till I used this app Its works wonderfully beyond the human mind, its fitness are very stressful but It's good to either get back to fit or to get fit #bestfitnessappintheworld.

★★★★★ I have been using this app for 3–4 weeks now, and it is something that every player and coach should be using. When I started the program provided by the app I was running 3 km in 17.5 minutes and three weeks later I run 3 km in 13 minutes. My overall health and fitness has greatly improved as has my flexibility. I will be implementing this with my teams at our club and will be using the team management system to manage my players health and fitness and the teams' periodization. Give it a try!!!!

★★☆☆☆ Great set up makes it easy to use. Lots of different exercises but... It's pay to win. Yes many free exercises and drills, but they are the Less effective "easy" workouts and all the world-class players don't even have a free option at all. Unless you can spend 120 a year it's useless if I could afford it I would have 3 maybe even 4 stars but nope. Absolutely no thought for the people. Make it £5 half price but double costumers making the same money but more happy. High potential but for me nah.
