Thank you for developing the BA calculator app. It's been very useful. I came across an error today using the % key. I wanted to calculate -1.22%-0.17%. The answer should be -1.39%. When I input -1.22-0.17=-1.39. Then I pressed %, the calculator got 0.016958 instead of -0.0139.

Good app but found one error. While calculating IRR after NPV when FR>1, we get wrong answer for IRR calculation.

MMI is complete BS. I suggest to add more detailed information on how to use it. Based on the examples if I want to calculate the interest rate then I need to click: pv PV fv FV n N pmt PMT CPT I/Y But I get ERROR.... Putting the same values into a form based app works perfectly.
