★★★★★ Impossible to get a bike. System gives you the code, but never works at all. It was easier with the former Ecobici app. After a few days of complaints, now I can use the app.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible app, tried to pay with multiple credit cards, no success except for one day. Contacted support multiple times, very unhelpful, did not fix the problem. If visiting BA, don't bother, find another way to rent a bike, as this system is so broken. Why bother having an app if you won't support your users? Just have visitors sign up at the tourist centers instead of having this terrible experience

★★☆☆☆ FIX YOUR APP. IT DOES NOT WORK FOR FOREIGNERS. I've been in Buenos Aires for 3 weeks, and I haven't been able to bike anywhere. Your customer service is garbage, and none of them will help me with the issue. You've lost a lot of business, and angered a lot of people.

★★☆☆☆ You can't update or delete your account.
