I need to learn Spanish for school, so I downloaded this app, and I'm off to the races learning to speak, read, and write Spanish. This app is excellent. I've just downloaded the app, and I've learned over 10 words, and it's super easy and convenient to use. You can also set up reminders, so you don't forget your lesson. As of right now, I'm delighted with Babble, and I will recommend it to everyone.

Babbel makes learning a new language interesting and keeps me engaged

Generally pretty good, I like it, and it is helping learn. What i don't like is that in tasks where I need to select a word to fit in a sentence, the space for the word correlates with the word length, so you can unintentionally know the answer. It also has some technical problems, like restarting lessons that I had to pause in the middle of or that its struggles with picking up the beginnings of short words when listening to me speak.

Why am I not able to use babbel to keep improving my English if I'd like to enter Russian as my spoken language? You allow people to learn Russian, as it considered world language and 1 of the 6 official languages of thr United Nations, but russian speakers themself for some reason discriminated on this platform. I personaly not even from Russia, there are lots of formerSovietUnion Rep, but obviously you don't have their languages either. About 380 millions people can speak Russian.

Doesn't tell you that you have to pay for lessons until after your first lesson. You only get one free beginner lesson and that's it. Don't waste your time.
