Should have looked at these reviews before spending over three hundred euros for a worthless app and racquet computer. Love babolat but this is wrong to dupe people into paying for a premium service with no way to take advantage of what you bought. I will go back to Wilson or Head. Shame on you babolat! And your software developers.

This app and is kind of a joke for any serious tennis player... It's been 4
years since the launch of Babolat Play and: - it still shows power %
instead of speed in km/h or mph - it still shows spin % instead of rpm - %
is not a scientific measurement because it is relative - it means different
things for different people - 50% for me means something else than 50% for
Rafa Nadal. Imagine your smart watch would report your pulse in % instead
of BPM. That would be ridiculous, right? - it still mistakes a lot of shot
types (i.e. it reports serves as smashes without any possibility to correct
manually) - it still logs off all the time annoyingly - it still doesn't
work offline (my smartband works offline, my smart thermometer works
offline, my smart scale works offline, my Apple Watch works offline, my
smart blood pressure monitor works offline, my smart light bulbs work
offline, Babolat Play doesn't work without an active internet connection
which makes it very hard to enjoy while on vacation where there is poor or
no internet connection) - it still doesn't show the racket (i.e. in
Sessions it shows No available racket and in My rackets you have to add
your racket manually even though your racket is paired/connected and it
could be easily shown automatically) - it still doesn't work if you have
your phone time set to am/pm instead of 24h which is simply embarrassing
seeing that I reported this bug 3 years ago - it includes some buggy
"social" features that honestly the app would be better without - it lacks
a nice share and compare feature - it lacks a compete in real time when
playing with another Babolat Play user
