The Baby's Days App now makes life even easier for Baby's Days customers and parents too, the launch of our sophisticated App will furthermore speed up your working day. As well as tracking each child's learning and development with the use of observations, next steps, COEL, videos and photos you can also do the day to day jobs directly from the App in just a few clicks.
Just like the web version the App offers so much more than other Childcare Apps on the market. Parents can login and use it too, again making their lives that little bit easier. The PIN Protected App compliments the web version wonderfully pinpointing the most used features and putting them together.
The App allows Childcare Practitioners to:
Manage their setting including adding Administrators, Children, setting up Parental Access, editing your Profile, adding Diary Helpers, adding Rooms, and viewing Children's Birthdays.
Edit and view the Daily Checklist seeing at a glance what needs to be done not only today but any day of the year.
Sign in and verify Visitors with our sophisticated Digital Signature feature.
View and create Diaries for each child in the setting, allowing you to complete notes, upload photos and videos, add observations and record the child's day in full.
Update each child's development and achievements within their learning journey including adding observations, COEL, photos, videos, next steps, and of course 450 sample next steps ready for you to assign to any child.
Add medications and Accidents to the system and request that parents sign using the sophisticated Digital Signature feature.
Record each child's attendance at literally the click of a button with the fantastic one touch in and out feature.
Edit your general bookkeeping set up so that the accounts section works perfectly for each setting.
View and upload photographs and videos to each child's gallery, and link these photographs and videos to the child's progress section too.
The fantastic new Video Upload feature allows you to bring the child's learning to life, sometimes a picture can paint a thousand words, just imagine what a video can paint!

We love babysdays. As a childminder it's completely transformed our time management and makes all paperwork so streamlined & effective. We have great input from our families too. Especially those that would have bothered when we'd send wow moments etc. out via paper before, they now upload their own observations and photos to the system. Lifesaver!

Latest update not useful for multiple children. Overall feature rich but too many null/ blank pages, pictures are convoluted to access and cannot be downloaded. Latest update removes the 'System Feed' which was the best page for parents of multiple children. * Reinstate the System Feed, or add an option to view all children in the feed. * Allow download of photos to comply with dpa/GDPR. * Add "<<" and ">>" to skip to date with content. * Add "<" and ">"to scroll between children

Poor user interface, not intuitive to use. I am forced to use this by my childcare provider. I see notifications that documents have been sent but click everywhere to ty to access them without being able to. Waste of time.
