BabySOS: Childcare on Demand

BabySOS is the childcare app for real life - from planned care to the moments when plans fall apart.

Whether you're scrambling for last-minute backup or scheduling a regular sitter, BabySOS connects you to verified caregivers in your neighborhood with the trust signals you actually need: ID verification, background checks, and earned badges that reflect what each caregiver has truly demonstrated.

WHAT BABYSOS DOES

- Send an SOS in seconds. Tap once and nearby qualified caregivers are alerted. Live status updates keep you in the loop until someone confirms.
- Browse trusted caregivers. Filter by care type, age group, distance, and certifications. Read reviews, see real availability, and pick on your terms.
- Book with confidence. In-app booking with clear hourly rates, mutual check-in/check-out, and timesheet confirmation before payment.
- Built-in safety signals. Identity, background-check, and certification badges are issued only after verification - never by default.
- Stay in touch. Secure in-app messaging and real-time push notifications so you never miss a critical update.

FOR PARENTS

- Tell us what matters with Match Preferences: age groups, care type, certifications, more.
- Send an SOS when a plan changes and track responding caregivers in real time.
- See full caregiver profiles, reviews, certifications, and rate before you book.
- Your address is only shared after a booking is confirmed.

FOR CAREGIVERS

- Showcase your verified credentials with badges you actually earned.
- Set your service area, typical availability, and the kinds of care you offer.
- Accept bookings, log hours, and get paid through the app.
- Build a reputation that helps families find you.

PRIVACY AND TRUST

We hold caregiver and parent privacy seriously. Addresses stay hidden until a booking is confirmed. Identity and background checks are verified through independent partners. Your messages stay in-app - never sold, never shared.

Built for the village it takes to raise a child.
