Sent in an item for warranty check. They told me they could not fix it and that I should provide my address, so they could return it. I provided my address immediately. It has now been 1 week and I have not reviewed a single update, and reaching their customer service is impossible the phone line is always done and the dumb messaging system doesn't seem to work either. Overall terrible experience do not recommend to anyone.
