I had a great experience. I bought a laptop in good condition, unfortunately too many keys kept peeling off. The manufacturer repaired it, and now it looks almost as new. I also bought a phone (Pixel 7), but didn't realize how small the display is and in spite of being a great phone otherwise, I decided to return it. Got a refund without any problems. The only issue is that the entire process can take quite some time and energy, but that's just how it is. I would buy here again for sure.

Firstly with app you cannot copy, then big part of the screen menu is "my current phone value" - like I would want to sell it every moment I navigate the app 🤯 - same for trade in. both so useless 90% of the time, but they take so much space and attention. I used back market in the past, and I will probably use via website in the future, but the app is poor and low quality. Link you find on Google for back market automatically open with the app, but nothing opens actually, the page remains blank.

I had a very disappointing experience with Back Market. I received a phone with a serious quality defect—the back cover was not properly sealed. After only normal use, as soon as the phone warms up, the back cover starts lifting, leaving a large gap. This was not caused by shipping, as the package arrived in perfect condition. Instead of taking responsibility for sending a faulty device, Back Market kept treating it as a delivery damage issue and asked me for photos of packaging that I no longer
