Not a big fan of the new update, they removed too much from the analyzer(UI looks awesome though), which is why I'm strictly using the desktop version. However, backflip is a great company and their products are solid. The funding on my recent flip went great, def a solid app producer and lender.

Participate in the modernization of real estate investing! Full disclosure, I work at Backflip. But this app can genuinely increase your efficiency as an investor and is being continually improved. And the more properties that get analyzed the more accurate it becomes.

So far from what I have seen on the app is that it uses outdated info or at least very wrong information for the price of the property and using comps that aren't very realistic so that means you will have wrong information to proceed with a loan app. Plus 20k for closing costs that aren't explained doesn't make me want to use this company or the fact it isn't stated at all that there is a purchase price min and so you put in the info as stated above and then waste more time finding out it's a no

This does not analyze a property. You have to insert what YOU think it's worth and all data. They don't research anything. They won't find a property for you or analyze anything with you standing in front of it.
