You deside the moment in witch your next backing audio have to start. You can create your own Playlist , sort it ... , disable auto-pause for each track separately if needed, then save it and you are ready. But don't be worry. During the performance, every jump in every moment, is allowed for you. The player will remember witch song you have done in your performance. Every track you have in your device, you can assign one or more text changes for it, so the StageBaxx will always show you the right lyrics during your performance. Just copy your backing track audio files in your android device internal storage or even SD card, and assign new properties for them. This player is complete offline solution for your gig. WARNING, Do not install on Chromebook, doesn't work on it!!!

As a musician I needed an app that would not only play my backing tracks but allow me to see the lyrics as the song progresses. This app takes a bit of time to set up the lyrics if you want them to show at different times through the song (so in effect like scrolling lyrics) or to add hints for instrumentals/solos etc but once it is done it is a great app. Martin the developer was very friendly and quick to respond to my initial set up teething problems. He was willing to fix any problems.

I had been using another app for close to 3 years. After a long stretch with no updates, and crashes becoming a common occurance, I decided to see what was new. After an afternoon of searches, and review reading, I decided to give StageBaxx a try. Now, after a couple of months of use, I can honestly say I am VERY happy with StageBaxx. The interface is very easy to use. The screen layout (8" tablet) is easy to read on stage. As a singing drummer - BG/harmony - the notes/lyric option is awesome! So nice to have a reference in case of brain-farts. Yes, it does take some time to set the timestamps. However it is a straight forward process. Highly recommend StageBaxx to any musician looking for a backing track/sequence player. Especially with a notes option for chords, cues, or lyrics.

This would have 5 stars because its perfect for what i need! But the lyrics feature which I thought is great, is really frustrating! I've just spent 2 hours loading lyrics into it, then they disappeared, now the buttons don't work. I'm really disappointed as I was really impressed with it but now I don't think I can trust using it for live performances..if this feature could be fixed and it works reliably then I would 100% give it 5 stars and even for the price its perfect.

does not work. will not recognise mp3 tracks on chromebook. (No where does it say you cant use chromebook. I would not have purchased it, everybody does not know! )
