Backpack Idle Clicker: Merge

Backpack Idle Clicker is an idle merge game where WHERE you put a thing is the whole game. Every artifact has a real shape - L-bends, T-pieces, long slabs - and the cell you drop it in decides how many coins it earns. No combat, no timers shouting at you: a bag, a pile of odd-shaped treasure, and the quiet satisfaction of a perfect fit.

PACK THE BAG
Drop artifacts onto your backpack grid. Corners, gaps and neighbours all matter: adjacency auras reward smart packing, conduits let items feed each other, and crowded emitters get in each other's way. Every new artifact is a small puzzle, and the board shows you exactly why a layout pays.

MERGE IN THE FORGE
Two matching artifacts forge into one rarer piece with stronger bonuses and a new shape. 257 recipes, a Codex that remembers every one you have found, and merged items that place themselves so your income never skips a beat.

EARN WHILE YOU ARE AWAY
Every artifact keeps earning coins per second when the app is closed. Come back to a Welcome Back haul, double it with a short video if you like, and pack the coins straight back into the bag.

PRESTIGE AND THE ATLAS
Reset the run for a permanent multiplier, then spend it in the Atlas - a research tree with 113 nodes and whole branches to specialise in. Grow the board from 4x4 to 8x8. From your second reset, each run deals a Contract and a Doctrine that change the rules.

THE DAY BOOK
Three contracts a day, written from your own numbers. Each completed page climbs a ladder of time skips, seals and an heirloom voucher.

CREW (OPTIONAL)
Play completely offline, forever. Or go online with one tap, claim a friend code, share your best build and compare boards with your crew - ranked by layout, never by what you bought. Cloud save with your Google account survives a new phone.

COLLECT 250+ ARTIFACTS
The artifact vault is shared with our other backpack games, Backpack Roguelike and Backpack Idle Tower. If you loved those treasures in battle, watch them work for you while you sleep.
