When I started in sales, I looked for a program that made custom account mapping simple and straight forward. Badger does just that. You can create custom account fields, import bulk account info, one touch dial for prospecting, map your routes, and input call/email/check ins in no time. It is worth every dollar. I map a route for tge day in minutes and pull it uo in the app, and it will give me turn by turn directions with one touch check-ins, notes, and on to the next prospect. Amazing.

Badger has been an amazing tool to help me plan my day more efficiently. As an outside sales rep, I have to adjust to daily changes to the locations of my meetings. The lasso tool feature allows me to create the most efficient route between meeting locations. Eliminating the busy work of route planning has saved me a ton of time. With less time spent on driving and planning, I now have more time to meet with prospects. If you are a field sales rep this app is for you!

Unusable. When I try to add an account, it keeps erasing the name of the account. A screen keeps popping up asking me for my team size and phone number. I keep filling out the form, but it keeps popping up again.

When Badger Maps works, it's great! However, I've been constantly receiving error messages ("Oops! Something went wrong. Our engineers are already looking into it..."). I'm tired of wasting portions of my day uninstalling Badger Maps, clearing my cache, reinstalling, and logging back in only to receive the same error messages again! Please! Fix Badger Maps, so we don't lose productivity due to your app!

Absolutely terrible to use. Developers rarely/never update with requested QoL fixes (queuing photos instead of selecting them one by one, being able to upload more than 10 photos per check-in, being able to upload photos over 5mb, etc. etc. etc.). Photos that are successfully uploaded have their image quality decreased to the bare minimum.

Can only add addresses stored in My Accounts in the app. Cannot retrieve addresses from My Contacts or search by business name. Can add addresses to My Accounts in the app by typing the address or dropping a pin on the map, but selecting a business name displayed on the map only brings up GPS coordinates, not the address or the business name.
