Badminton Follow

Badminton Follow is a guided training app for badminton players. Open it and train along with voice cues, rhythm and animations — no equipment, no court, no coach required.

GUIDED ROUTINES
• Footwork: six-point drills, step-pattern basics, net & rear-court work, star drill
• Strokes: forehand/backhand swings, net play, serves, full-court combos, swing endurance
• Conditioning: badminton fitness follow-along, core strength, leg power, agility
• Injury prevention: targeted care for the ankle, knee and shoulder
• Warm-up & stretching: dynamic warm-up, post-training stretch, deep recovery

WHY BADMINTON FOLLOW
• Cartoon coach demos converted from real training footage
• A voice coach all the way: announces each move, explains key points, counts your reps in rhythm and pushes you through the final seconds
• Six-point court view with highlighted targets and recovery arrows
• Rep targets on count-based moves — follow the count, keep the pace
• Plans: 7-day footwork, 7-day swing, 14-day all-round, 10 minutes a day
• Local stats: minutes today, streak, weekly sessions, totals
• English & Chinese, fully offline, no ads, no sign-up

A few minutes a day builds better badminton habits.

Note: this app is a training aid and does not replace a professional coach. Make sure you have enough space and stop immediately if you feel discomfort.
