Most disappointing application I have encountered. Strongly advise customers to review trip history on the driver app after each ride. It appears that Badrgo deducts additional charges from drivers under “rounding,” without passing these amounts to customers. In my case, the driver was charged QAR 1.50, yet I received nothing. Even a QAR 0.50 charge per trip could generate around QAR 5,000 daily. This practice seems unfair and non-transparent, even if U pay by wallet driver is charged rounding.
