I had the worst experience with this service. In an emergency, it's completely unreliable. I had a manager exam at 9:00 AM, so I started booking a ride at 8:10 AM. Every driver either cancelled the trip or called me saying they were too far away and asked me to cancel the booking. I was standing outside in the heat wearing formal clothes and was sweating badly. I kept trying until 8:40 AM, but no driver came. Finally, I booked an Uber using my wife's phone and rushed to the interview.

Worts ride ever, I booked same my location as b4 but driver went in other location that bdrgo shows then I changed my route to other location driver ask me 27 riyal but the amount shows is only 16 qr
