Currently staying at Bahia Principe Fantasia Punta Cana and this has been the worst experience. On our second day, we were locked out of our room. Went to reception three times—first they recharged our bracelets, then promised to send security, but only after the third visit did someone finally come. We wasted over an hour sitting on the floor in the hallway next to our room door with 2 kids. Completely unacceptable. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Three visits to the same resort over three years. You are awarded loyalty points for each visit yet somehow the app doesn't add your previous earned points. Rubbish !

Staying at the Bahia Principe grand Samara. The app doesn't even list two of the restaurants. The concierge button offers room service, but you can't order anything through it. Basically useless for this location.
