App is not so great. Shipping not so great either. I've been ordering since my daughter was born 3 yrs ago. Shipping was way faster then. Now it takes over a week which unfortunately in today's speedy shipping is forever. To compare let's use Shein as example when they started it used to take 2–3 weeks to get my orders now it only takes a week. I can order from Shein and BB the same day and get Shein first. Crazy since it's coming from China! But you must keep up in today's speedy delivery service.
