There are things you can't accomplish through the app; the main customer service in León says that you have to go to the local branch to do it, but the branch says that they can't do it either. Be careful with your money! I've been trying to close my account for weeks, but I'm unable to, no one knows how to do it, and now I'm hit with mystery commission charges as well. Not recommended 😕

Very difficult to fully understand since it's not in my native language. Any entity that offers to another culture should provide at least a few language options, so others can choose the preferred language. Also, it's now customary that language options be on platforms just because.
