In 2020 - 2021, it was not a good experience to use Baking App. Failing KYC and Downtime. However, in 2022 till now, it seems Baking app has improved so much. It is stable and reliable. For failing KYC, I found out that it is not Baking team that has the right approve customer request. It is the bank that we register under that has the right to approve the request. So, I switch my account from ABA and Acleda Bank to True Money, and now I've got full KYC. Thank Baking for this wonderful app.

Poor app. I can't register. Always get stuck in identity verification. When my identity wasn't successfully submitted, I chose skip, it also didn't work. How can general Cambodian public with low digital literacy use it?

I don't get why when I try to withdraw money from my card with USD currency, it exchanges to KHR currency when I have both KHR and USD to choose and it is worse because the exchange rate is lower from the actual daily exchange rate. It seems like my money got stolen. Please kindly fix this.
