The lag is unbearable. Fix your server if you want players to play your game

I started playing over a week ago, spend quite abit and the game was enjoyable to some extent until recently the server bracket closed and open for cross server, and it became totally chaotic and unplayable. Nvr get a chance to have a single turn and get one shot by veterans doing 20x my max hp almost every game? Are you guys on your right mind? You are gonna loss lots of players at this rate. Make the cross server a separate pvp and not apply on every pvp it's no longer fun, just unplayable.
