I cannot restart again once i get the black ball i have 26 points to use but there is no way to use them to restart the game the ipad version offers this option please advise thanks

I downloaded this game and loved it but I am not getting darts. Figured out that instead of hitting tap to continue, u go home and resume and it brings u back to last game u played. Press the bomb again and again and it gives u more points to take u over the target score. As long as u have less than 10 balloons left. I did this several times to get over target score and then did it give me darts. Dont think that's the way the game supposed to work but oh well. The other thing is now getting higher levels u have to pop more balloons in a row and I never meet the target score. I really do think its impossible to pop balloons and score 27,000. Weird game. They really need to update these issues or the game becomes a real bore real fast.
