Bally's is a clean and entertaining casino π° Staff is very polite and helpful to any questions or concerns their members may endure. The hotel was very nice and clean ... I would recommend staying and playing at Bally's. 5 β

The app used to work great but hasn't worked at all for 3 weeks or more now. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no luck. Very aggravating.

Can not link my account. Continue to say locked. Went to customer service desk and changed my password word as instructed, and it still say the same thing. π Was told to give it 24 hours. Nothing, the same message.

I don't particularly like this program, I'm used to collecting my free play at the machine every time I come in instead of me begging for them, I still haven't had my free play in over a month I don't know what's going on with that two stars is all you're going to get I used to feel special not having to ask for help to use my app. We need more cocktail waitresses more often, we also need more slot people in the casino that know about the app that can help a person at the machine with the app.
