I don't particularly like this program, I'm used to collecting my free play at the machine every time I come in instead of me begging for them, I still haven't had my free play in over a month I don't know what's going on with that two stars is all you're going to get I used to feel special not having to ask for help to use my app. We need more cocktail waitresses more often, we also need more slot people in the casino that know about the app that can help a person at the machine with the app.

This used to be a great app. But it hasn't worked right since they updated it. Emailed support and have yet to get a response. Asked at Ballys Lincoln and was told to uninstall and reinstall. Did that still doesn't work right.
