All the staff from the front desk to the veterinarians are very professional and kind. My dogs are not well-behaved w others after being to groomers & a vet where they were treated roughly & to be safe I request they are muzzled now. However, even though the office was very busy, the assistant called the muzzle a "party hat"& took time to love on them The vet was also very thorough & gentle, reassuring me someone would answer this weekend if my dog got sicker. They have always had their meds ready when I call for refills and with several vets on staff they are easy to get in to.
