When I am trying to log in with my correct prn and birth of date. Then also it's showing me invalid username. Please fix this problem

Extremely disappointed with this app. My exams are starting in just 2–3 days, and I still cannot see or download my hall ticket. This is causing unnecessary stress and panic. The app keeps showing errors or a blank screen when I try to access my admit card. Please fix this critical bug immediately as it is affecting thousands of students.

It shows Wrong ID or Password at the time of login. But my PRN and DOB is correct entered the application.
